A MONTH OFF

I'm having a month off all social media including blogging this month (September). To tell the truth I wasn't doing much online last month either so my blog posts have been a bit thin on the ground lately.

I never use my phone for internet use, and the only social media platforms I  look at on my PC are Odysee, Youtube, and Facebook.

Youtube and Facebook are both filled with AI slop and I was unhappy about wasting around 30 mins a day looking at them. So to me these figures of adults spending over four hours a day on social media are mind boggling!

As with all things internet, it's hard to know if any of the stats are genuine because the majority of internet use is now AI, but the statistics being quoted for social media use are incredibly high.

If these figures are remotely accurate, this would all be extremely unhealthy.

Time Spent On Social Media Demographics:

Teenagers (aged 13 to 17) tend to spend the most time on social media compared to any age group as of this year.

On average, teenagers spend around 8 hours and 39 minutes per day on screens. Social media usage is their top activity during this. Meanwhile, young adults (aged 18 to 29) spend around 7 hours and 22 minutes on their screens, and their top activity is social media usage.

Tweens (aged 8 to 12) also have a significantly high screen time these days, with an average of 5 hours and 33 minutes, up from 4 and 44 minutes a couple of years back. However, their top activity is video streaming, and social media comes second.

Adults (30 to 49) and older adults (50+) spend the least time on social media. On average, adults spend around 4 to 5 hours on screen.

Are we grey listed?

As a cunning work around for our previous WordPress blog seemingly being grey listed by Google, we set up this new blog on Blogger, Google's very own blogging platform.

It always takes a while to build up traffic on a new blog, and admittedly we haven't exactly been going hard out posting masses of content, but will keep on slowly ticking away.

Facebook seem to have pretty much backed off most censorship in 2025, but one subject they still crack down heavily on is anything exposing the lie that is "germ theory".

And Google, as always, are hiding any content that doesn't fit with their controlled narratives.

To find non- approved content we highly recommend checking out the main Weston A Price Foundation website.

Also see Dr Tom Cowan's website - his podcasts are great.

Odysee video platform

Odysee has been around since 2020 and has has really taken off as an alternative to YouTube. It is decentralized and uncensored, so during the covidhoax it had all the videos exposing the death jabs that YouTube was censoring.

It's a genuine free speech platform, with all sorts of interesting content, rather than a bunch of globalist approved mind programing and distractions. Many of the best content creators, who were censored by YouTube, are now posting all their podcasts on Odysee.

Two of our most highly recommended resources are the websites of Dr Tom Cowan and Dr Sam Bailey.

They both also have channels on Odysee with lots of great content.

Food 101 – Some eating basics

From avoiding trans fats to drinking clean water, we tried to line up the basics. We all have to start somewhere, and while some people who know their stuff are probably going to think this is all a bit simplistic, the aim here is to get people who don’t know their stuff to start paying more attention.

Vaccinations are a delusional Insanity

https://wapfwellington.blogspot.com/p/vaccinations.html

Supporters of vaccinations believe that they are for the greater good; that parents who choose not to vaccinate are selfish, and a threat to other people’s children.

But for a public health policy to be for the greater good, the policy needs to be safe, effective, and the best way of achieving the aims

Many people argue about whether are really dangerous, but the risks are well proven.

What is less often discussed is whether they actually work – ie. do they reduce the spread of diseases? We say they don’t, and not a single properly designed study has ever been done that proves otherwise.

So why do pro vaccine interests claim the dangers are worth risking for “the greater good”? Their position seems indefensible. But there is a 4th thing to consider: Follow the money

A kiwi ico or favicon

Favicons are tiny so probably not many people will notice this little kiwi in it's 32x32px display size, so here is a larger version.

Blogging in 2025

BEST WISHES FOR THE NEW YEAR

We originally set up this new WAPF Wellington Chapter blog all ready for the start of 2024 and planned to regularly add new content to it throughout that year.

But things didn't entirely go to plan, and apart from posting some WAPF related images, and a bunch of fluoridation posts for Fluoride month in July, it wasn't really a great year of blogging.

New Year is always a good time to start over again, and our plan for 2025 is to start over again, update and re-post the best of those 2024 posts, delete any out of date content, and this year to post more WAPF related resources, recommendations, and research, along with any other interesting new content.

Blogging is not as popular as it was a decade or so ago, but we still think it's an excellent way to present information, and for anyone who likes to read, a much faster and more efficient way to learn than watching videos.  So we are aiming to go back to our roots and have an old fashioned blog.

New Expanded 8th edition with new photos and text. An epic study demonstrating the importance of whole food nutrition, and the degeneration and destruction that comes from a diet of processed foods.

For nearly 10 years, Weston Price and his wife traveled around the world in search of the secret to health. Instead of looking at people afflicted with disease symptoms, this highly-respected dentist and dental researcher chose to focus on healthy individuals, and challenged himself to understand how they achieved such amazing health.

Dr. Price traveled to hundreds of cities in a total of 14 different countries in his search to find healthy people. He investigated some of the most remote areas in the world. He observed perfect dental arches, minimal tooth decay, high immunity to tuberculosis and overall excellent health in those groups of people who ate their indigenous foods. He found when these people were introduced to modernized foods, such as white flour, white sugar, refined vegetable oils and canned goods, signs of degeneration quickly became quite evident. Dental caries, deformed jaw structures, crooked teeth, arthritis and a low immunity to tuberculosis became rampant amongst them.

Dr. Price documented this ancestral wisdom including hundreds of photos in his book, Nutrition and Physical Degeneration.
