This
documentary, highlighting the effects of aluminium, mainly coming from
"vaccines", is fascinating - once you start seeing crooked faces, they
are everywhere!

Most people don’t realise that 50% of fluoride ingested is stored in the bones and soft tissue. Accumulation of fluoride can cause a disease called skeletal fluorosis. The first symptoms of skeletal fluorosis are identical to osteoarthritis.
It is completely unknown how many people in New Zealand are suffering from skeletal fluorosis, rather than arthritis, because doctors are not aware this could happen here so testing is never done.
What we do know is that the U.S. Government’s Institute of Medicine, Dietary Reference Intakes for Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Vitamin D, and Fluoride.(1997), have estimated “The development of skeletal fluorosis and its severity is directly related to the level and duration of exposure. Most epidemiological research has indicated that an intake of at least 10 mg/day for 10 or more years is needed to produce clinical signs of the milder forms of the condition”.
In 2013, the Hamilton City Council held a Tribunal Hearing on Fluoridation. One of the expert speakers promoting fluoridation was former chief oral health advisor, and now Medical Director for Health New Zealand, Dr Robin Whyman.
Dr Whyman explained to the councillors “You then swallow the fluoride and it comes down into the blood supply. Some of it is actually moves across to bone, we don’t disagree with that at all, and some of it will go to soft tissue.” But rather than stopping there and discussing what this means for bone health, and the health of our entire bodies, Dr Whyman, a dentist, moved on to talk about dental health.
Because fluoride accumulates, less exposure over longer periods can achieve the same result as high exposure over a shorter period. The intake established by the Institute of Medicine, 10 mg a day for 10 years, may be roughly the same as 5mg a day for 20 years or 2.5 mg a day for 40 years and so on. The Institute of Medicine say “Stage 1 skeletal fluorosis is characterized by occasional stiffness or pain in joints and some osteosclerosis of the pelvis and vertebra.”
Could your bone or joint pain be caused by fluoride accumulating in your bones? Try avoiding all forms of fluoride. See Sources of Fluoride and New Zealand study on Fluoride and Tea.
“If I was an arthritic individual, I would be eliminating every source of fluoride exposure I could think of”. Phyllis Mullinex, PhD.

As a cunning work around for our previous WordPress blog seemingly being grey listed by Google, we set up this new blog on Blogger, Google's very own blogging platform.

Book Review: Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon
https://debbiepotts.net/nourishing-traditions-book-review/
The book called “Nourishing Traditions” by Sally Fallon not only a cookbook but a lesson on what the author terms as challenges “Politically Correct Nutrition and the Diet Dictocrats”. Sally Fallon’s focus on this book is in line with what we discuss in the Nutritional Therapy program as well as the discoveries from Weston Price and Francis Pottenger.
In my opinion, the wealth of eye opening information and meal ideas in her book should be a required reading for everyone. I discovered personally over the past ten years that I can’t survive on a non-fat, processed food plan. Most people still haven’t figured out the negative impacts of consuming a processed, refined carbohydrate, high sugar, non-fat or low-fat diet.
The fear of eating fat does not benefit our health as we are told by the big companies and health care leaders. Sally explains in her book on her frustrations, similar to my own, the impact of the “politically correct nutrition” on our society as enforced by the trusted doctors, researchers and spokesmen for agencies that we depend on for guidance on our health and well-being. The American Cancer Society, American Medical Association, American Heart Association and more are agencies that are the “Diet Dictocrats according to Sally. I agree.
The information she shares is what drives me to do this program as well as my podcast and other education seminars along my journey. We have become scared or even demonized by the word cholesterol and saturated fats. The author Sally describes the history of the demonization of saturated fats as well as the benefits of consuming healthy fats as butter.
Sally discusses how carbohydrates have become refined and stripped of their nutrients. Our increase consumption of sugar and white flour has only created more problems in our health. Then what about protein consumption and the fear of animal products? Instead of eating foods in their natural form, we have altered them to be lower in fat and processed.
The book “Nourishing Traditions” teaches readers about eating real food in its natural state and how to prepare foods to nourishing and uncompromised. We should eat based on our ethnic heritage, our constitution, our age, occupation, and climate and by our food sensitives and allergies.
We are all different but Sally Fallon teaches us how we can eat to feel and be well-nourished without feeling deprived. Real food tastes better and makes us feel better! Nourishing Traditions is a must read for anyone interested on becoming improving their healthy from the inside out by eating good real food!
